Withdrawal/Return
Submit a return request:
Click the profile icon in the store's menu, or use this link: https://shopify.com/62328045800/account , and then request a return.
Sign in to your account:
In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
Click "Request return".
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
As a customer you have the right to cancel any purchase by notifying Choke accordingly within 14 days from when the Customer or it's representative received the Product ordered (withdrawal period). Products in perfect condition will be withdrawal.
Cost of shipping is paid by the customer, also if the shipping fee was free or reduced by an offer. We like to help you with advises if you want to change your product with another one or if you just want a payback. Money returns latest after 30 days.
Remember always to collect your package!
Complaints
Aspire by Choke follows consumer protection legislation with complaints. Please complain directly when you recognize a failure. If we wouldn't get an agreement, we follow guidelines provided by the National Board for Customer Complains.
We replace the product with a new one. Is it impossible for us to replace the product we will return the money within 30 days. With complaints the cost of shipping is paid by the customer.
