How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are from 119 SEK within Sweden, from 159 Sek in Europe, and from 220 SEK for the rest of the world. By ordering on our website we generate the correct price for your parcel by weight, size and country.

How long is the delivery time?

In Sweden the delivery time is 1-3 working days, within Europe 3-8 working days and 4-11 working days for the rest of the world.

What is the limit for free shipping?

We offer free shipping for all orders over 10000 SEK for private customers in Sweden. For customers in other countries, common freight rates are applicable.

 

How do I know when the package has

arrived?

You will receive notification when your package has arrived either by e-mail or SMS.

Can I trace my package?

All orders shipped with PostNord or UPS and are traceable.

How do I know if my order has been

accepted?

We always send an order confirmation to your email when the order is placed. If you have not received confirmation check the spam folder. It might possibly be there. If you still are unsure or have concerns, please contact us.
